Does Aquario Design Palette Manager create an .Ase palette?

Yes. Palette Manager creates an Illustrator file with your color palette and an .Ase file in the location where the palettes are saved. Do not move these files but you can copy the .Ase file and share the palette with someone who does not have Aquario Design installed that way.
