How to set security permissions on a Mac for remote control access while using Webex

During a Webex meeting, if a meeting participant has never allowed a host or other meeting participant in Webex to gain remote control during a meeting, the Security & Privacy settings need to be updated to allow for this. This is specifically for Mac users. PC does not see the same behavior.
