How to Troubleshoot Greyed out Palettes

This article will demonstrate steps to get your palettes to show in Palette Manager, Palette Utility, and Color Cards for Illustrator.

Palettes must have good connection to the server in order to be seen and utilized.
You can take the following steps to ensure visibility:

  1. Make sure you have an active license
  2. Connect to the server
  3. On the Design Bar, click on the DesignPro start button and then click “Refresh Palettes”

Your palettes should appear. If they do not, your palettes may need to be remapped, and you should reach out to IT or a member of the Aquario Design support team.
