Where are the rulers and dimensions in Illustrator?

The rulers and dimensions are on the Design Bar in Illustrator. Open the Design Bar by going to Window> Aquario Design>Design Bar and using the 1 buttons. If you do not see the rulers and dimensions 1 icons click on the Aquario Design logo and check Quick Dimensions Utilities from the dropdown menu.
