Why isn’t the color being added to Palette Manager showing up inside the palette list?
When a color is being added to Palette Manager, it may look like it’s being added but then does not show up in the list. When this happens, there are a couple of things to check.
1: Make sure in the AI toolbar that the Fill is on top of the Stroke. The Fill may have the correct color in it at the time of adding the color, but if the Stroke is on top, it will try to add that color instead.
2: Make sure you have a connection to the server. In most cases, the location that Palette Manager needs to access is on a server.
